Motel 6-Huron, Oh - Sandusky

excellent access to parks and attractions for city strolls

we had such a pleasant time at this motel, just a short drive to great spots like the beautiful sheldon marsh state nature preserve and the serene lake front park, where we took lovely walks and enjoyed scenic views.

The hotel was located very close to other restaurants and stores and a platform. Every staff member was accommodating. The rooms were unique and cozy with queen beds and the beds were comfortable. Everything was great.

Our modern and unique room was equipped with the basics like climate control, television and a microwave. En suite bathrooms, that included bathtubs, were cleaned daily.

The pool and hot tub were very clean.

Trains passing by every hour were quite disruptive.

The room was clean and well-maintained throughout our two-night stay. I found the bed comfortable,. The indoor pool and spa area was a hit with families, even though I didn't use it myself, it seemed well-liked by others.

I did notice some noise from the hallway, particularly from children and a dog, which can be distracting at times.

The indoor pool was a perfect spot for my kids. They loved it. The hot tub offered a relaxing escape for me. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. They were super accommodating and helpful when we needed anything. Our room looked new, with hardwood floors and two cozy queen beds. The location worked well for us, just minutes from Cedar Point. The cleanliness of the pool and hot tub impressed me too. On the downside, the trains passing nearby disrupted our sleep regularly. I also wished that there was a better coffee option in the room. These issues, everything else was quite satisfactory.

I had a good stay near Cedar Point! The pool was well-kept and the hot tub was very relaxing after a long day. I truly appreciated the attentive staff who made everything easy for us.

The location is fantastic, just 17 minutes from Cedar Point. The staff were friendly, and the affordable price. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids! Though the facility is older, it was clean and well maintained. Bring earplugs for a quieter night!

For better relaxation, request a room away from the train tracks to minimize noise during the night.

Stayed at motel 6-sandusky for 2 nights, and it was a solid choice. The kids loved the pool, and the hot tub was spacious and relaxing for us adults. The location is great, close to attractions and dining options. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the awesome carla.

i wish the room had a better smell, but overall, we had a good experience.
